Holds a Master’s Degree and Ph.D. in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics. Started his career in the Investment Department of Bank Handlowy w Warszawie SA (the oldest commercial bank in Poland, currently owned by Citibank). Became a member of the Board of KPK, the advisor to two Polish privatisation funds, which became a part of the Copernicus Group. Later CEO of Copernicus Finance Polska, a corporate finance entity within the Group. Bought out the Company from the Copernicus Group in 2004 and renamed it Poland Corporate Finance. Extensive experience in M&A in Poland.

Managing Director of a real estate advisory company, real estate developer. Working in Poland since 1994. In the 90-ies worked for KPK (later Copernicus). Re-joined Poland Corporate Finance in 2013.
